color: #c1ccc4;\">STEP 4 :<\/h4>[vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;float-left last-element&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The notary forwards the preliminary disbursement notice to us, requesting the amount due for the land purchase\u2014or nothing if the land is already yours.<\/p>\n<p>Once construction is ready to begin and you have submitted the building permit and construction site insurance, members who own their land outright will receive 100% of its value if it is debt-free*.<\/p>\n<p>Your down payment must be applied first and deposited into your caisse account before the notary receives their instructions.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;bloc-etape&#8221;][vc_column_inner]<h4 class=\"headline font-inherit fontsize-l fontweight-700 lh-inherit align-center transform-uppercase float-left\" style=\"margin: 0 0 20px 5px;
