Keeping a close eye on your cash flow is therefore essential.<\/p>\n<p>At each progressive disbursement, 15% of the released amount will be held back (excluding the land portion), and this will continue until 35 days after the work is completed.<\/p>\n<p>As you approach the end of construction, plan ahead for the final payments by using credit cards or other temporary financing sources.<\/p>\n<p>*The self-build procedures and rates described are subject to change without prior notice.
