Selling your property to self-build<\/h3>

If carrying two mortgages at once is not an option and you need to purchase land, there is a workable solution. We will disburse the land purchase amount once we have confirmation that your property is on the market and that you have the financial capacity to handle payments on your current property alongside the land financing.
